LTO was founded by Lucinda Ochwat, a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience at companies like Wells Fargo, The Boston Beer Company, and Andrews Distributing. She built and led high-performing teams across multiple markets, and saw firsthand how emerging brands with huge potential often struggled to scale without a playbook or leadership support.

I saw that leadership in action when Lucinda was my boss at Boston Beer from 2015 to 2017. She had a rare ability to unite regional teams around a shared vision, create systems that drove results, and build a culture that stuck—passed down from manager to manager long after she moved on. Even years later, she remained a mentor and leadership figure for many of us.

When Lucinda launched LTO, I was all in. With my own background in supplier and distributor roles—at Glazer’s and Boston Beer—I’d seen the gaps growing brands face: inconsistent sales execution, overwhelmed founders, and teams without direction. Together, we bring over 30 years of experience across the supplier, distributor, and retail sides of the industry, blending strategic thinking with hands-on support to help brands scale smarter.
