The pattern was always the same: talented people, solid strategy, and something invisible holding it all back. Eventually I realized - the bottleneck is rarely strategy. It's the leader.

With over 18+ years of combined experience in brand management, wholesaler partnerships, and team development, Amanda specializes in empowering sales teams and building scalable growth strategies. Jackie, offers deep distributor insight and cross-category experience —helping clients navigate market dynamics with clarity and confidence.

Amanda brings 10+ years of experience across brand management, sales, and wholesaler leadership in the beverage and CPG space. At LTO Consulting, she works closely with Lucinda and select clients to sharpen internal marketing strategy & external sales training, and distributor-facing programs.
Her work focuses on:
Refining commercial narratives and market strategy alongside leadership
Leading LTO’s internal marketing efforts, including email campaigns, blogs, and social content that support the coaching platform
Developing content, messaging, and sales enablement used in sales team and distributor trainings
Supporting sales and distributor trainings with clear, practical frameworks
Bridging leadership intent with real-world execution in-market
Amanda currently partners with one founder client while also collaborating internally to strengthen LTO’s sales team trainings and distributor education programs. Her role is designed to increase clarity, consistency, and capability, so leaders and teams can execute with confidence long after the engagement ends.

With 8+ years of experience spanning both the supplier and distributor sides of the beverage industry, Jackie brings a well-rounded perspective and deep market knowledge to LTO Consulting. She has worked across all classes of trade, developing strong relationships and a clear understanding of the unique dynamics in each segment. Having spent most of her career with Southern Glazer’s in Texas, Jackie developed a strong foundation in distributor management and execution. Her career has encompassed hands-on experience with wine, spirits, and beer, giving her a comprehensive view of the industry from vineyard and distillery to shelf.
