I spent 20 years in the beverage industry - on sales floors, in meeting rooms, navigating PE acquisitions, building teams from scratch, and watching leaders hit ceilings they couldn't explain.
The pattern was always the same: talented people, solid strategy, and something invisible holding it all back. Eventually I realized - the bottleneck is rarely strategy. It's the leader.
Not because they're bad at their jobs. Because no one ever taught them how to lead themselves first.
That's why I built LTO Consulting around a framework that mirrors how leadership actually develops: in three progressive levels. First, you lead yourself. Then, you lead others. Finally, you lead leaders, and then finally you can lead organizations.

Amanda brings 10+ years of experience across brand management, sales, and wholesaler leadership in the beverage and CPG space. At LTO Consulting, she works closely with Lucinda and select clients to sharpen internal marketing strategy & external sales training, and distributor-facing programs.
Her work focuses on:

Leading LTO’s internal marketing efforts, including email campaigns, blogs, and social content that support the coaching platform

Jackie brings 8+ years of experience across both the supplier and distributor sides of the beverage industry. At LTO Consulting, she supports client development and internal execution, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and professionally.
